  • Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

PAYMENT

  • All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Tuition fees must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the first session of a five-session block. If payment is not received on time, classes will not begin or will be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared.

  • Fees do not include the cost of textbooks or supplementary materials, which must be purchased separately.

  • Tuition fees may be reviewed and adjusted annually in line with inflation and rising operational costs.

  • Invoices not settled within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late payment interest and recovery procedures, which could include third-party collection services or legal action. Any additional costs incurred in the recovery of unpaid fees will be the responsibility of the student.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Missed sessions (no-shows) are charged in full.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

  • Late arrivals may be accommodated at the tutor’s discretion, subject to availability.

  • If a tutor is unable to conduct a session due to unforeseen circumstances, North London Spanish will either provide a substitute tutor or reschedule the session in consultation with the student.

  • If appropriate, North London Spanish is not responsible for internet outages, technical difficulties, or hardware/software issues on the part of the student that may affect participation in online classes. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and suitable equipment for online learning.
